🎯 Requirements

  • ✓ 7+ years in Tech Consulting or IT Transformation, with at least 4 years focused on the Atlassian ecosystem
  • ✓ Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation or virtual agents
  • ✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • ✓ Atlassian Certifications (ACP-420 or ACP-120) are a major plus
  • ✓ You are a "Catalyst" — you move fast, inspire confidence, and get things done
  • ✓ Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
